Lisbon, 1973. Joana Ferreira began her career in film production as a production director and project director at several national production companies. In 2005, she founded C.R.l.M., where, over 17 years, she produced various artistic projects, national productions and international co-productions. In 2022, she creates a new production company, SoproFilmes, where she works with greater autonomy, precision, and freedom. Throughout her career, she has worked with numerous national and international filmmakers and producers, contributing to projects selected and awarded at prestigious film festivals such as Cannes, Venice, and Locarno. Joana is also a regular jury member at various film festivals, including Santa Maria da Feira, Curtas Vila do Conde, Queer Lisboa, and the Córtex Festival. In 2015, she was recognized as one of the most dynamic emerging film producers in Europe, receiving the prestigious title of “Producer On The Move” at the Cannes Film Festival.

Sara was born in Lisbon in 1976. She graduated in Production from the Lisbon Theatre and Film School in 1997, the year she began her professional career. Always working in production, she joined television, film, and commercials production teams, performing several roles and specializing in accounting and financial management. At SoproFilmes, she’s the key production accountant for different projects and is responsible for the company's financial management.

Sofia was born in Lisbon in 1979 and graduated in Communication Sciences/Film from Nova University of Lisbon. She began her career in 2002, working at several national film production companies, where she gained experience in film, commercials and TV production, as well as in post-production coordination, distribution and financial support applications. She’s also a certified Green Consultant since 2024. At SoproFilmes, she holds the position of Production Coordinator.

Born in Angra do Heroísmo in 1998, he holds a degree in Film Editing from the School of Theatre and Cinema (Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema). Following his graduation, he completed an internship in editing at a leading Portuguese production company, gaining professional experience in post-production workflows and audiovisual content management.

Since 2021, he has also worked in narration, voice-over, and podcast production, expanding his expertise across different areas of audiovisual storytelling. At SoproFilmes, he serves as Assistant Editor and Materials Coordinator, supporting the post-production process and overseeing the organization and management of production assets.
